How to change ???
OK !!! start the Hack your boot Screen.

01-download the Tuneup www.tune-up.com/download

02-Install tuneup.

03-start the tuneup "X:\Program Files\TuneUp Utilities 2011\" follow your install path or " Start > All programmers > TuneUp Utilities 2011.

04-Customize windows > Change Boot Screen > New screen > Open Image [search your image] > Save boot screen.

05-you can change the " customize image appearance " and " customize progress bar ".

06-click the Install Button.

07-Restart your computer.
